ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy shall be read in line with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and shall guide the use of services offered by Avant Garde Heroes at www.avantgardeheroes.com (‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’). This Policy shall apply to the security and use of all information, data, posts, login details, emails or videos of whatever forms provided that the same is related to the services offered by Avant Garde Heroes.

Prohibited User Content
1. 1.1.Prohibited user content includes but is not limited to content that is patently offensive to the online community, and may be unlawful, immoral, or obscene.
2. 1.2.Contents will broadly be deemed prohibited if it promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person; involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming"; promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually-oriented, racially offensive, defamatory or libelous;
3. 1.3.Promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated images, audio or video, or links to pirated images, audio or video files; contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page); provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18;
4. 1.4.Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses; solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes; or any other objectionable material in Avant Garde Heroes sole discretion.
Prohibited Activities
1. 2.1. Members shall not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement, Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
2. 2.2. Members shall not impersonate any person or entity including Avant Garde Heroes, its employees, representatives, trainers/coaches, or members.
3. 2.3. Members shall not "stalk" or otherwise harass any person whether online or otherwise and you shall not reveal their personal information, videos, stories, or membership plans without their prior authority or that of Avant Garde Heroes.
4. 2.4. Members shall not expressly state or imply through your conduct or hold out yourself so as to make others believe that any statements you make are endorsed by Avant Garde Heroes without our specific prior written consent.
5. 2.5. Members shall not use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents.
6. 2.6.Members shall not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
7. 2.7. Members shall not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Service.
8. 2.8.Members shall not interfere with or disrupt the Service or the site or the servers or networks connected to the Service or the site.
9. 2.9.Members shall not post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
10. 2.10.Members shall not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through the Service.
11. 2.11.Members shall not "frame" or "mirror" any part of the Service, without Avant Garde Heroes prior written authorization. You shall not equally use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to Avant Garde Heroes or the Service or the site in order to direct any person to any other web site for any purpose.
12. 2.12.Members shall not modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the Service or any software used on or for the Service or cause others to do so.
Account Security
1. 3.1.You shall not permit anyone to access your membership plan or our services by aiding their access through availing to them your username, passwords, or codes related to your use of our service.
2. 3.2. You shall logout from all your devices or require that you be logged out from any shared or public devices or unattended computers, phones, or other devices containing your membership account logins or information.
3. 3.3.You shall not share your membership account to unauthorized persons for purposes of spying, stealing, transferring, or otherwise interfering in any manner with the site or services offered.
4. 3.4.In case of any security breaches to your account, you shall notify Avant Garde Heroes immediately and take reasonable steps to avoid exposing other members or the site or services to further risks.
5. 3.5.You shall not store other members’ personal information in your devices without their express authority.
6. 3.6. You shall not store your passwords or login details in places obviously accessible to anyone and everyone. If possible, you shall refrain from writing down such information or storing them in a computer accessible by everyone.
7. 3.7.You shall avoid logging into your account using public Wi-Fi or internet rooter that exposes your personal data to hacking, stealing, or any data compromise.
