By accessing or participating in any Avant Garde Heroes services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from services without refund.

• Virtual classes and sessions
• The Amazing Heroes Program
• Personal training or coaching sessions
• Digital materials and resources
• Email communication
• Website interactions
• Online group discussions or chat features
• Social media interactions related to our services

2. COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Avant Garde Heroes is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.

This includes participants who are disabled people, people with disabilities, caregivers, parents, and trainers.

Users must behave respectfully and must not engage in conduct that disrupts the safety, dignity, or participation of others.

3. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Users may not post, share, transmit, or distribute any content that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination
• Is obscene, sexually explicit, or offensive
• Defames or threatens another person
• Promotes racism, hatred, or harm toward any group or individual
• Contains spam, chain letters, or unsolicited mass messaging
• Promotes illegal activities
• Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Exploits or endangers individuals under 18 years of age

Avant Garde Heroes reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited content in its sole discretion.

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users may not engage in any conduct that interferes with the operation of our services or the safety of participants.

Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or abuse
• Disrupting live classes or coaching sessions
• Impersonating another participant, trainer, or staff member
• Misrepresenting affiliation with Avant Garde Heroes
• Attempting to recruit participants for competing programs
• Advertising or promoting external products or services without written permission
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or take advantage of vulnerable participants

5. RECORDING & PRIVACY PROTECTION

To protect the privacy and safety of participants:

Users may not:

• Record live classes or sessions
• Take screenshots of sessions or participant images
• Share participant names, videos, or personal information
• Post recordings of classes or materials online

Recording or distributing sessions without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

All content provided through Avant Garde Heroes services is the exclusive property of Avant Garde Heroes.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Training programs
• Class materials
• Workouts and routines
• Educational resources
• Videos and recordings
• Written content
• Website content and branding

Users may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce materials
• Share program materials publicly
• Sell or redistribute training content
• Record sessions for redistribution

Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

7. PLATFORM MISUSE

Users may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with our systems or services.

Prohibited activities include:

• Hacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access
• Uploading malicious software or viruses
• Data mining, scraping, or automated collection of information
• Attempting to bypass security measures
• Framing or mirroring our website content without permission

8. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

Users may not:

• Share login details with others
• Allow unauthorized access to their account
• Use another person’s account

If a security breach occurs, users must notify Avant Garde Heroes immediately.

9. ENFORCEMENT

Avant Garde Heroes reserves the right to investigate violations of this Policy.

If a violation occurs, we may take action including:

• Issuing warnings
• Removing content
• Suspending accounts
• Permanently terminating access to services
• Denying future participation

Termination due to policy violations does not entitle the user to any refund.

10. NO RIGHT TO CONTINUED ACCESS

Access to Avant Garde Heroes services is a privilege, not a right.

We reserve the right to deny or terminate access to any user whose behavior:

• Violates this Policy
• Disrupts the program environment
• Poses risk to participants or staff

11. POLICY UPDATES

Avant Garde Heroes reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.

Updates become effective upon posting to our website.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Avant Garde Heroes is registered.
