HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
Since Avant Garde Heroes is solely online coaching, our trainers have high skills in explaining and perfectly demonstrating each exercise with precision and patience our clients are required to perform. Our online services are more personal than regular in-person sessions as our trainers are virtually invited in the home training spaces of our clients. We virtually join you on vacations allowing you to never miss a valuable session.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Our top of the range trainers are highly creative with extensive knowledge allowing us to work with whatever space you have, equipment or no equipment. You may be advised to invest in some equipment depending on your goals if you don't have any or if you travel a lot. The solution for that is some resistance bands you can pack in for when you're traveling and a set of dumbbells for when you're at home. Either way, you're constantly challenged to evolve into a better version of yourself.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Training sessions can be purchased as a membership plan. Depending on the membership plan you choose, basic nutritional guidance will be accessible. For an in-depth understanding and complete level of comfort in the kitchen and grocery store, you can purchase nutrition coaching separately in addition to your exercise sessions (or on its own). This allows us to take the guess work away from you so you don't have to worry about a thing!
WHAT DO I NEED FOR ONLINE TRAINING/COACHING SESSIONS?
All you need is;
* A smart device, (smartphone, laptop, tablet)
* A good internet speed of at least 30mbps download 20mbps upload. A speed test can be done on fast.com
* A space to workout in for training sessions. Whether it be your private home gym, hotel room while you're on vacation or next to the pool!
* A pair of blutooth earphones to hear your trainer/coach without distractions.
* Already have the app Zoom Cloud Meetings downloaded for when you receive your special link to join a session.
