Online private personal training sessions are there to offer you the convenience of exercising in your chosen location. Whether it be at home or a hotel room if you’re an avid traveler, our sessions are there to keep you accountable. With your hard work and determination, I will motivate you to unleash your most mighty, significant self. These 30-minute sessions are tailored to help you achieve your goals, strengthen your muscles, and improve heart health among many other positive changes occurring in your body. Specializing in weight loss, increasing endurance and muscle definition, and special populationl training, I’m here to help you achieve your goals in the shortest time frame possible.
How it works:
To begin your training journey with me to achieve your goals, go ahead and;

Complete the Health Waiver by clicking the button below and submitting the information. This is essential for starting our sessions as it provides me with the basic information about you.

Schedule your first online private personal training session at “book online” whether it be a single session or part of a monthly membership plan.

After your payment has been processed, we will meet online for our first video call session via Zoom (a unique Zoom link will be sent to you) which will be slightly longer than the regular 30-minute sessions to get to know each other and clear up any questions either of us may have.

For our session, download Zoom Cloud Meetings (iOS | Android | PC) and create an account, have your smart device, Bluetooth earphones, a strong internet connection, and a spacious area to exercise in. Exercise equipment is optional.
The recommended amount of scheduled workout sessions is four sessions a week along with a solid meal plan to reap optimum benefits for a better lifestyle. Check out the information about Nutrition Coaching below!

Online private pre/postnatal personal training sessions offer you the convenience of exercising in your chosen location. In 30 minutes, you can workout in the comfort of your own home, not having to worry about traveling anywhere for our sessions.

Nutrition and exercise work hand in hand. I’m here to take the burden of what to eat away with delicious meal plans that keep you satiated and feed your soul. We all deal with enough home and work stress, food doesn’t have to be one of them. All we need is a 10 - 15-minute video call to talk about goals, preferences, schedule, allergies, etc for me to get all the information I need to design a months meal plan just for you. Longer and shorter options are also available.
